    Fluid Yoga
    Wednesdays from 8:00-8:45am held in shallow water.
    Come try a floating plank, floating cobra or a downward facing dolphin and more!

    This class blends elements of Yoga and Tai Chi practices with dynamic flexibility and patterns to heighten the stretch. Class will take a new twist on poses that will challenge balance and stability while feeling the benefit of stretching while submerged in the soothing aquatic environment. Flowing moves are for all fitness levels.

    Joints in Motion
    Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s from 8:45-9:30am class held shallow water.

    Class will improve posture, decrease joint and muscle pain, decrease the risk for falls/injury, and the ability to do the things you enjoy to do by going thru a series of full range of motion exercises.

    Deep H2O Challenge
    Monday & Thursdays – 8:00-8:45am or Monday 5:15-6:00pm

    Get into shape with this deep water cardio and body sculpting workout designed for all fitness levels looking for a challenge. Class includes effective and safe combinations of movements to strengthen the heart and tone the body! Come join this fun and effective class to help achieve your fitness goal. Participants should be comfortable in deep water.

    Aqua Pump & Power
    Monday, Wednesday & Friday-7:00-8:00am

    Utilizing the water’s resistance in various directions will help with balance and coordination along with strengthening the core thru proper body alignment. Class will include use of aqua barbells, balls, and water wafers. Class held in shallow water.

    Shallow Water Interval
    Tuesday-8:00-8:45am

    This shallow water class will maximize your performance with powerful water training by pumping up basic combinations and push your limits with timed segments in an interval format. Class will include 3 minutes cardio and 1 minute muscle strengthening. All fitness levels welcome-modifications shown for all moves.

    Aquatic Personal Training
    Need that extra help in getting started with a water fitness program? Get personalized attention on how to use the waters resistance. Program may include cardiovascular endurance, muscle toning, balance, core strengthening and rehab. Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes long.

    Training is offered for teens through adults. Training done by DeeDee Thull, Certified Aquatic Fitness Professional.

    HI/LO H20 & AiChi
    HI/LO H2O & Ai Chi is a water exercise class that will be held in the shallow end of the pool instructed by Liz Kotowske.  The first part of the class will include cardio, muscle strengthening, muscle toning. The second part of the class will be Ai Chi which is a series of water exercise and relaxation that is a soothing experience yet powerful progression of exercises. All fitness levels welcome.

    Aqua Boot Camp
    Thursdays-5:15-6:15pm

    Aqua Boot Camp is a class full of fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals! The exercises are performed in deep and shallow water. Regardless of your age, size, or fitness level, you can achieve noticeable results. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or simply looking for a new type of workout, this aquatic adventure is for you! Aqua Boot Camp can be an excellent workout for those who schedule allow just one day a week to attend. Or, it can be a wonderful addition to participating in some of our other programs. One thing is certain – you will have a blast!

    Aquatic Trekking Deep
    Resume in the Fall

    Come experience a deep water challenge that will take you to new heights! Based on treadmill trekking, you will challenge your body with intervals that combine incline and speed drills while taking a journey to some of the worlds’ highest peaks. Classes will resume in the fall. Great way to break up your day without getting your hair wet!
